To provide the highest quality service and artistry to every client, please review my professional policies before booking. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. 1. Booking & Deposits Advance Notice: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day availability, please call (407) 375-3421 directly. Unconfirmed same-day bookings are subject to cancellation. Security Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (ranging from $5.00 to $20.00) is required to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. Your appointment is not finalized until the payment is processed. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to make changes, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Method of Contact: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via phone call only. To ensure accuracy, we do not accept notifications via text or voicemail. Late Changes: Any rescheduling or cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25.00 fee charged to the payment method on file. Refunds: Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows To ensure every client receives "perfect" results, I utilize every minute of your scheduled session. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after this window, your appointment must be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Late Fee: If a technician is able to accommodate you despite a late arrival, a $25.00 convenience fee will be added to your service. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a $25.00 No-Show Fee. 4. Arrival Tips If it is your first time visiting the studio, please familiarize yourself with our location and allow extra time for traffic and parking. Providing us with early notice of delays allows us to better serve you and our standby guests. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who consistently misses appointments or violates our health and safety protocols.
